A Matcha with a calm, balanced character – for mindful moments and a clear start to the day.

Origin: Uji, Kyoto, Japan

Ceremonial Grade Matcha from one of Japan’s most historic and renowned tea regions. Selected for its creamy body, mild umami, gentle green depth and light, clean finish.

Shade-grown tea leaves are gently steamed and dried without rolling. This produces Tencha – the traditional foundation of Matcha. The Tencha is then finely ground into Matcha powder.

The shading and careful processing shape the vibrant green colour, creamy body and characteristic umami flavour of this Matcha.

Brewing Guide
Add 1–2 g of Matcha to a bowl and pour over 70–80 ml of water at 70–80 °C. Whisk evenly until frothy using a bamboo whisk (Chasen). For a Matcha Latte, first whisk the Matcha with a small amount of water until smooth, then add warm or cold milk to taste.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Seal airtight after opening.
Tip
Do not use boiling water. A lower water temperature supports a smooth, balanced flavour and helps prevent excessive bitterness.
Usage
Ideal for conscious morning rituals, focused work sessions or as a refined alternative to coffee. Its calm, balanced character accompanies a mindful start to the day.
