FOCUS includes two caffeinated Japanese green teas: Ceremonial Grade Matcha from Uji, Kyoto, and Fukamushi Sencha from Chiran, Kagoshima. Matcha is made from finely ground Tencha leaves, while Fukamushi Sencha develops its characteristically smooth and fuller flavour through a longer steaming process.
