How does the personal tea selection work?
Choose your tea, select the desired quantity in 10 g increments and add it to your selection. You can combine several types of tea to create your own personalised tasting selection.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity for a personal tea selection is 30 g in total. For example, you can choose three different teas at 10 g each or select 30 g of a single tea.
When will I be offered the option to switch to a standard pack?
For Ceremonial Grade Matcha, the full-size standard pack is offered from 30 g. For all other teas, the programme suggests switching to the standard pack when you select 40 g of the same tea.
This suggestion is based on the more economical option. For example, a standard 50 g pack may cost less than purchasing 40 g of the same tea by weight. You can decide whether to accept the offer or keep your selected quantity.
How does the 5% discount work?
When you select at least 30 g of the same tea, you receive a 5% discount on that tea. This discount applies exclusively to tea ordered through the personal tea selection.
When does the 10% discount apply?
Switzerland:
For orders with a cart value of CHF 100 or more, you receive a 10% discount on the entire cart. Tea by weight and regular standard packs can be combined.
When is delivery free?
Switzerland:
We offer free shipping within Switzerland for orders with a cart value of CHF 60 or more. For orders below CHF 60, standard shipping costs CHF 3.90.
European Union:
Shipping to the European Union is not currently available. We are preparing to introduce it.
Can I order tea by weight and standard packs together?
Yes. Both product types can be combined in the same cart. The 10% discount is calculated from the total cart value, not only from tea ordered through the personal tea selection.
